This Pinot Noir is a medium bodied red wine that has been matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
It has strawberries, red cherries and perfume on the nose.
Ripe berry fruit follows through to the elegant juicy palate.
The mouth feel is soft and velvety, and the finish elegant and smooth.

This wine can be enjoyed on its own or served with red meat and poultry with light sauces or gravies and pasta dishes

Viognier/Chenin Blanc 2010 (GRP-072010)
The Viognier / Chenin Blanc blend (60% Chenin Blanc and 40% Viognier) has an elegant nose showing peach, spice and yeasty notes. The palate is full bodied with layers of flavour, including dried apricot and cream. A long, dry finish rounds off this perfectly balanced blend.

The wine was aged for six months in third fill French Oak barrels.

Enjoy with Grilled Quail smothered in candied walnuts and grilled pear with a honey glaze sauce. This wine could also be paired with Roasted Pork Belly or creamy Chicken a la King.
