Please follow the returns procedure instructions below.
1. Register returns
Request the returns number from our service centre. To process your inquiry smoothly, we need the following details, which you will find on your order confirmation/invoice:
- Customer No.
- Invoice No.
- Item No.
- Your current email address.
After receiving your details, RHIEM Services GmbH investigates whether your complaint is justified. If this is not the case, you are notified of the rejection. If your complaint is justified, you receive a returns slip with an RMA number.
2. Send back the package
a. Write your returns number legibly on the package.
b. Send the package with the returns slip to RHIEM Services GmbH.
3. The order is processed
The return is processed as soon as it arrives. Please note that the returns process is only successfully completed when the invoice is cancelled by us or a replacement made.
If you have any queries about your return, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Please note that the terms mentioned in the preceding paragraphs are not prerequisite to the effective exercise of the right to cancel.
Important:
If you made your purchase with your credit card, your credit card account will be re-credited. Depending on the credit card institution, it can take up to four weeks for the credit to appear in your account. It is also possible for the credit not to appear on the same statement, but on the one after.
