What should I do to return a purchase?

1. All returns / repairs to TV Ears Inc. must first be approved and given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # by TV Ears Inc. To process your inquiry smoothly, please provide the following details, which you will find on your order confirmation/invoice:

- Customer No.
- Invoice No.
- Item No.
- Your current email address.

2. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # must be on the packaging used to ship the TV Ears product back to TV Ears, in the original packaging or packaging that affords the same amount of protection to the product.

4. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR SHIPPING LABEL.

Important:
If you made your purchase with your credit card, your credit card account will be re-credited. Depending on the credit card institution, it can take up to four weeks for the credit to appear in your account. It is also possible for the credit not to appear on the same statement, but on the one after.
